Ordering Online

Q: How many days in advance do I need to place an order?


A: A minimum of 2 working days (excluding day of order, Sat, Sun & PH) is required for all orders.Daily cut-off time 23:59 HRS.

Q: It has past the cut-off time of 23:59 HRS per day, can I place an order for the next day delivery/pick-up?


A: We are unable to take in any pre-orders, once the cut-off time has past. You can drop-by any Four Leaves outlets to purchase the cakes off-the-shelves instead. Do check with individual outlets on stock availability prior to walk-in purchase.

Q: Can I order through the phone/email?


A: We do not take orders through the phone/email. All orders has to be placed online or walk-in at any Four Leaves outlets.

Q: How would I know if my order has been confirmed?


A: Once your order is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by you. You can check the payment transaction details in your account. Only orders with successful payment transaction are considered completed and will be processed. For orders with declined payment or pending payment status, kindly place a new order.

Q: How can I request for candles?


A: After you have checkout and made payment online, you may then proceed to the outlet which you have selected to request from our staff for candles.

Q: When can I make an Online Order?


A: You may place an advance order within 14 days from the collection/delivery date. Due to festive season, peak period or time slots, we strongly recommend all customers to place their order as early as possible.

Q: How do I start ordering?


A: Click on ‘Order Online’ on the main page banner. Start adding items from the menu to your shopping Cart. If you haven’t logged in, you need to sign in before adding items. When you’ve finalised your order, click the ‘Checkout’ button at the bottom of your shopping bag.

Q: How can I cancel my order?


A: Please verify your order upon check out and before payment. Cancellation of order are to be sent to us in writing 2 days in advance (Excluding the day of collection). If online orders are cancelled within 2 days of the day of collection, there will be no refund.

Q: How do I amend/remove items from my shopping bag?


A: To amend the items, you may click on the edit icon where you may change the quantity or the choice of items. To delete the items, you may click on the delete icon where you may remove the selected items.

Q: What are the payment options available to me?


A: You can pay online via E-Nets and/or credit card after checking out. Credit card payments require either VISA or MASTERCARD as we do not accept other credit cards.

Q: I tried calling/ emailing you but couldn’t get a response. What should i do?


A: We apologise for any inconvenience caused, please note that our Customer Service hours are 9am – 6pm. (Mondays to Fridays) for both phone and email.


Membership

Q: I am an existing Four Leaves user and don’t have a password. How do I sign in?


A: An email with your account details should have been sent to your registered email address. If you didn’t receive it, click on ‘Forgot Password?’ and we will send you another email with instructions.

Q: Do I have to create an account to place an order?


A: You may use our guest checkout option to place an order if you do not wish to register an account with us.

Q: Can I change the email address for my account?


A: We’re sorry but this feature is not available for now. Please register with your new email account to start ordering.

Q: I’ve forgotten my password. How do I reset it?


A: Click on ‘Forgot Password?’ Enter the email address you registered with, and further instructions will be emailed to you. There may be times that the reset link is not found in the inbox, kindly check your spam or bulk folder to locate the reset password link. Please ensure internet content is enabled for allowing the images to be displayed so that you will be able to click on.

Q: Can I change my contact number online?


A: Yes, you can do that by logging into your account, tap on 'My Account' and change your number under 'Account settings'.

Q: Where can I change my account info?


A: Once you’ve signed in to the site with your username and password, select ‘My Account’ from the menu and click on ‘Account Settings’. You may change your account information there.

Q: Why should I become an online member? Is it free?


A: It is free to join our online member. By registering an online account with us, you can view your transaction history and make faster re-order purchases as personal particulars , purchase historys are stored and saved. From time to time, we may also give special promotion to our online members.
