Registering as a member (“Member”) allows you to be part of our Four Leaves membership (“Membership”) loyalty programme, which is a programme that rewards Four Leaves customers when they shop online at our Four Leaves website (the “Website”). When making online purchases (“Online Purchases” and each an “Online Purchase”) using your Membership account (“Account”) on the Website, you will get to enjoy earning points (“Points” and each, a “Point”) & redeeming such points for e-vouchers (“E-Vouchers”)which you may use on subsequent online purchases at our Website, subject to the terms and conditions herein (the “Membership T&Cs”).

Membership Account


  • 1. When registering as a Member on our Website, you will have to create an Account.
  • 2. You shall provide Four Leaves with accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering as a Member. You further undertake to ensure that such information is kept accurate, complete and updated.
  • 3. When registering as a Member, you will have to provide your email address and select a password (“Password”).
  • 4. You shall promptly notify Four Leaves of any known or suspected unauthorised use of your Account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft or unauthorised disclosure of your Password. You shall be solely responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of your Account information, including but not limited to your email address and Password.
  • 5. You shall be bound by and be responsible for, and Four Leaves shall be entitled to rely on, any and all communication transmitted by you through the use of your Account, and all such communication shall be deemed to be communication made and issued by you.

Membership Fees:



There are no Membership fees and/or joining fees for registering as a Member.

Membership Points and E-Vouchers:


  • 1. One (1) Point is awarded for every S$2 spent when making an Online Purchase on our Website.
  • 2. The Points will be credited to your Account after your order (“Order”) under the Online Purchase has been collected. You may view and track your accumulated Points at [your profile ].
  • 3. Notwithstanding the cancellation of your Order within 2 working days prior to the date of collection of your Order, the Points you earned from your Online Purchase will still remain in your Account.
  • 4. Points are not awarded for cancellation of Orders more than 2 working days before the date of collection of your Order.
  • 5. The Points earned in a calendar year will expire on the 31st December of that year. An email notification will be sent out 1 month before the date of expiry (being 31st December of the prevailing year) to notify our Members of such expiry.
  • 6. You may use the Points to redeem E-Vouchers as follows:
    • i. 60 Points for the redemption of a $5 E-Voucher.
    • ii. 100 Points for the redemption of a $10 E-Voucher.
    • iii. 120 Points for the redemption of a $20 E-Voucher.
    Redemption of E-Vouchers may only be done at the Website.
  • 7. E-Vouchers may only be used during a subsequent Online Purchase. For avoidance of doubt, E-Vouchers (i) may not be used at any physical Four Leaves outlets; and (ii) may not be used in conjunction with other promotions that Four Leaves might be offering (if any)
  • 8. An E-Voucher will expire on the last day of the 11th month following the month in which such E-Voucher is redeemed.
  • 9. No Points will be awarded for any amount(s) under an Online Purchase using E-Vouchers. For avoidance of doubt, the relevant Points will be awarded for an Online Purchase using E-Vouchers only in respect of such amount (if any) under such Online Purchase paid by way of debit or credit card.
  • 10. For avoidance of doubt, Points and E-Vouchers are not transferrable, returnable or capable of being sold to any person in exchange for money.


Termination of Membership:


  • 1. If you do not make an online purchase at least once within a period of two years, your Membership and Account will be deleted at the end of such two-year period.
  • 2. In addition, Four Leaves reserve the right to delete your Membership and Account in the event that Four Leaves determine, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Membership T&Cs, the online ordering Terms and Conditions, that the use of your Account is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful, or that your Account has been misused in any manner whatsoever.
  • 3. Upon termination of your Membership and Account, you will forfeit any unused Points and/or E-Vouchers without any compensation.


General provisions:


  • 1. By participating in our Membership programme, you agree to be bound by these Membership T&Cs.
  • 2. Four Leaves reserve the right to adapt, amend, change, modify or vary (collectively, “changes”), at any time, these Membership T&Cs. Any such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting such changes on the Website ([https://shoponline.fourleaves.com.sg/terms-and-conditions]), and you hereby waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes. By continuing to participate in our Membership programme, you agree to be bound by these Membership T&Cs and any changes thereto.
  • 3. If you do not agree to these Membership T&Cs and/or such changes thereto, you must stop participating in our Membership programme immediately.
  • 4. Your Membership, Account, the Points, the E-Vouchers and any other benefits under the Membership are for your sole, personal use and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with any other person or entity.
  • 5. Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, Four Leaves shall in no event be liable for any damages, loss or expense (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages), or any economic loss (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunities, loss of goodwill or cost of cover) arising in any way from or in connection with your participation in the Membership programme, your use of your Account or any misuse of your Account.
  • 6. The information provided under FAQ is for illustration purposes only. For avoidance of doubt, such information is not binding and shall not be taken into account in the construction or interpretation of any provision of these Membership T&Cs to which they refer.
  • 7. These Membership T&Cs and your access and/or use of the services available on or through this Website are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. By accessing this Website and/or use of the services available on or through this Website, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore

What is Four Leaves Membership all about? Four Leaves Membership is a loyalty program that rewards our customers when they shop online at our Website. When you register with us, you will get to enjoy earning points & redeem such points for e-vouchers.

Why do I have to verify my email account upon signed up? Upon creating a new membership account, you will be prompted to verify your account using the email address which you have registered with us.
Will my account be deleted if inactive? If you do not make an online purchase at least once within a period of two years, your membership account will be deleted at the end of such two-year period.
In addition, we reserve the right to delete your membership account in the event that we believe that your account has been misused in any manner whatsoever.
Is there a membership fee? No. There is no membership fee to register.
How do I accumulate points? 1 point is accumulated with every S$2 spent at our Website. They are credited to your account when the order has been collected.
If I cancel my order within 2 working days prior to the date of my collection, what would happen to my points? Notwithstanding the cancellation of your order within 2 working days prior to the date of collection, the points you earned from your purchase will still remain in your membership account.
If I cancel my order more than 2 working days prior to the date of my collection, what would happen to my points? points are not awarded for cancellation of orders more than 2 working days before the date of collection.
What is the expiry date for points? The points earned in a calendar year will expire on the 31st December of that year. An email notification will be sent out 1 month before expiry to notify our members.
How long would each Four Leaves e-voucher expire? Each e-voucher will expire on the last day of the 11th month following the month in which the e-voucher is redeemed.
For example, if you redeem an e-voucher on 20 December 2018, such e-voucher will expire on 30 November 2019
Can I use multiple e-vouchers in one purchase? Yes, you may use multiple e-vouchers in one purchase.
Will points be awarded if I use my e-vouchers in an online purchase? Points will not be awarded for online purchases which use e-vouchers, to the extent of the amount paid using e-vouchers.
For example, if you purchase a $40 product by paying $10 in e-vouchers and the remaining $30 by way of debit or credit card, points will be awarded for the said $30.
Are the points and e-vouchers transferrable? No. For avoidance of doubt, points and e-Vouchers are not transferrable, returnable or capable of being sold to any person in exchange for money
I am an existing Four Leaves member and don’t have a password. How do I sign in? An email with your account details should have been sent to your registered email address. If you didn’t receive it, click on ‘Forgot Password?’ and we will send you another email with instructions.
Can I change the email address for my account? Yes, it is possible to change your email address for your account. Upon changing, you will be prompted to verify your account by the new email address which you have registered with us.
Where can I change my account info? Once you have signed in to the site with your username and password, select ‘My Account’ from the menu and click on ‘Account Settings’. You may change your account information there.
