User Guide
  • Your access, use and purchase of products in this website (the “Website”) are governed by these terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”). Please see the section below on “Conditions of Access” for further details.

  • Four Leaves Pte Ltd (“Four Leaves”) are mindful of the need to protect your personal data and have in place a set of policies specially designed for this purpose. Please see the section below on “Personal Data”.



Ordering Information
  • Each online order must be submitted to Four Leaves not less than [2] working days before your selected collection date for the online order, unless otherwise stated on the website. We reserve the right to extend the minimum submission date.

  • Orders can be submitted up to a maximum of 14 days in advance of the intended date of collection (inclusive of the collection date) based on Singapore time zone.

  • By submitting an order, you confirm that the details contained in the submitted order are correct in all aspects.

  • Conclusion of the agreement for sale and purchase of the products is only effective after confirmation of the order by Four Leaves. We will confirm the order by sending a confirmation email to your registered e-mail address.

  • We reserve the right, at any time, to refuse to accept your submitted order or any part of your submitted order for any reason including but not limited to instances where insufficient or incorrect information has been provided, or authentication has not been possible.

  • Pictures on our Website are for illustration purposes only. Due to the nature of cake making, cake designs are subject to variations. If the ingredients contain seasonal fruits/decorative accessories, it is always subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any ingredient with alternative ingredient(s) without giving any prior notice.



UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
  • Four Leaves reserve the right to change the product range at any time and from time to time. Certain offers may have a restricted period of validity that will be indicated for each product or product range.

  • Products are available in limited stock and Four Leaves reserves the right to refuse to accept your order in the event that your selected product is unavailable.

  • In rare cases, a product that is shown as available on the website may become unavailable after submission of the online order. In the event that one or several products ordered become(s) unavailable within the time period indicated, Four Leaves undertakes to inform the client of this fact as quickly as possible by email.



COLLECTION
  • Collection date & time: Daily (between 1100 HRS and 2100 HRS), subject to the availability of timeslots as shown on the website. Please select a particular collection date, time and location from the available timeslots as shown on the website when submitting your online order.

  • For collection of products, please print the confirmation email as you will need to present the same to collect your order. For avoidance of doubt, the person presenting the confirmation email shall be deemed to be authorised to collect the products. Four Leaves shall not be obliged to verify the identity of the person collecting the products.

  • If you fail to collect your order by the close of our business hours for your selected collection location on your selected collection date, you agree and authorise us to dispose the products in your order. No refunds will be made for uncollected products and we shall have no liability to you whatsoever.



Wordings on Cakes: (Only available to write on marzipan)
  • If you order a cake, you may request for word messages (in the English alphabet only) to be placed on the cake up to the number of letters below. Please indicate the wordings correctly upon placing your order

    1. for a 15cm (diameter) cake - 23 letters (including “Happy Birthday”)
    2. for a 21cm (diameter) cake - 35 letters (including “Happy Birthday”)

    Please indicate the wordings correctly when placing your order.



PAYMENT
  • Prices stated in the Website include Goods & Service Tax (GST).

  • We accept payment by Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard).

  • Payment must be made at the point of you submitting your order.

  • Notwithstanding payment, Four Leaves reserve the right to reject any submitted orders.



CANCELLATION AND VARATION OF ONLINE ORDERS

All our cakes are specially prepared for your order. As such, we do not encourage any variation or cancellation of your order. However, you may vary or cancel your order subject to the following conditions:



CANCELLATION
  • You may cancel your order if you inform us in writing at [onlinesupport@fourleaves.com.sg] not less than 2 working days prior to your selected collection date (excluding the collection date). Please state in the email your order confirmation number.

  • Please note that there will be a cancellation fee of S$2.00 dollars for such cancellation

  • If you have properly cancelled a submitted order according to the aforesaid, we will refund you your payment for that submitted order in the form of a Four Leaves Voucher to your address as indicated in your account with us. Please use the Four Leaves Voucher within the validity period. For avoidance of doubt, the Four Leaves Voucher cannot be exchanged for money.

  • If you cancel your order other than as permitted at the first paragraph of this section, there will be no refund.



VARIATION
  • You may make changes to your collection time and collection outlet if you inform us in writing at [email address] not less than 2 working days before your selected collection date. Please state in the email your order confirmation number.

  • Within 2 working days of your selected collection date, you are unable to make any other variation.

  • Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, once an order has been submitted, no changes can be made to the collection date.Save as aforesaid, no cancellation, exchange, refunds or amendments to orders is allowed once the order has been submitted.

FEEDBACK & CLAIMS
  • All enquiries / issues (“feedback”) – please note that Four Leaves require a minimum of 2 working days to process a submitted feedback.

  • Where to send your feedback:

    Submit feedback regarding any of Four Leaves products by filling out and submitting the feedback form online at (https://onlineshopping.fourleaves.com.sg).

  • Insofar as permissible under the law,

  • If you have any unfavourable feedback on the quality of the products in your order, you should take the said products to the location from which you collected the same within 2 days from the time you collected the same. For the purpose of our investigations into your said feedback, we will require from you a reasonable amount of the said products and a reasonable amount of time to carry out our investigations.

  • 1. Four Leaves’ liability arising from or in connection with a product is limited to replacing the product with the exact product or with a product with equivalent value OR giving you a refund in the form of Four Leaves vouchers for the value of the product.

    2. Four Leaves shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the quality of a product if the same is submitted to Four Leaves beyond 2 days from the time you collected the same.

    3. Four Leaves reserve the right to request from you evidence substantiating your complaint on a product. Four Leaves shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with a product if you fail to produce evidence substantiating your complaint that is satisfactory to Four Leaves.



PERSONAL DATA
  • When payment is made by Debit (E-NETS QR) or credit card (VISA / MasterCard), you acknowledge and consent that your personal data such as your name and debit/credit card number may be disclosed to third parties processing such debit/credit card transactions, including debit/credit card companies, banks and payment gateways, and may be used, processed and stored by such third parties to facilitate payments for your orders placed.

  • We respect your privacy and we will not share, intentionally sell or distribute your personal data to third parties, unless the disclosure is absolutely necessary to enable our representatives to arrange for your collection of your selected products. In only this regard, you hereby acknowledge, agree and consent that the said representatives may disclose or process your personal data to perform their duties.

STORAGE & CONSUMPTION
  • It is important that you consume our products as soon as possible after you have collected the same from us. All products need to be stored in the refrigerators at temperatures between 0 degrees Celsius and 4 degrees Celsius. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep the cakes in the manner prescribed by us and those rules prescribed for by the regulators.

  • By accessing and/or using the services available on or through this Website, you are expressly agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

Order Online:
  • Each online order must be submitted to Four Leaves not less than [2] working days before your selected collection date for the online order, unless otherwise stated on the website. We reserve the right to extend the minimum submission date.


Questions Answers
This is my first time ordering online with Four Leaves, any tips to make the process more efficient? Welcome! You may choose to be a guest or become a member. Becoming a member is for convenience and ease of use for future orders as you would not have to fill in your contact details all over again
Do I have to create an account to place an order? No. You may use our guest checkout option to place an order if you do not wish to register an account with us.
How many days in advance do I need to place an order? Minimum 2 working days before your selected collection date (excluding day of order, Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays).
Can I order through the phone/email? No. All orders must be placed online.
How would I know if my submitted order has been accepted? We will confirm the order by sending a confirmation email to your registered e-mail address.
I tried calling/ emailing you but couldn’t get a response. What should I do? Please note that our Customer Service hours are 0900HRS to 1800HRS. (Mondays to Fridays) for both telephone and email.
How far in advance may I place my order? You may place an online order up to 14 days before the collection date (inclusive of the collection date).
For collection of cake, do I have to print out the confirmation slip? Can I just show you by phone? For collection of products, we strongly recommend you to present the confirmation slip to collect your order.
CANCELLATION AND VARATION OF ONLINE ORDERS
Can I cancel my order? Yes, you may cancel your order if you inform us of the same in writing no less than 2 working days in advance (excluding the collection date). Please note that a cancellation fee of S$2.00 will be imposed for such cancellation.
Can I still cancel my order within 2 days of the date of my collection? Yes, but there will not be any refund.
Can I specify a collection outlet and timing but change it afterwards? You may do so if you inform us in writing of such change at least 2 working days before your collection date (excluding the collection date).
What happens if I cancel my order more than 2 working days before the date of my collection? As mentioned above, there will be a cancellation fee of S$2.00.
What changes can I make to my confirmed order? You can only make changes to your outlet collection & collection time. Change to date of collection is not allowed.
How far in advance must I inform Four Leaves of any changes to my outlet collection and/or collection time? You must inform Four Leaves of any changes to your outlet collection and/or collection time 2 working days before your collection date (excluding the collection date).
PAYMENTS
If I did not collect my order, will I be refunded? No. Refunds and exchanges are not available in such situations.
What are the payments options available to me? You can pay online only via E-NETS QR, Visa / Mastercard.
